This category of spring hinges are becoming ever more popular in buildings that require self closing fire doors in both commercial and domestic environments.
This range of spring hinges provide an unobtrusive solution for closing doors and are CE marked and rated for use with 30 minute fire doors.
unlike other concealed door closers, Spring hinges can be adjusted with out having to be removed and are available in a choice of finishes including, polished chrome, polished brass, and satin chrome.
For most applications only two of the hinges will need to be tensioned and the third can be a companion hinge. Adjustment is made with an Allan key when the door is hung in the frame. Replacement pins are available separately on the following link: pack of three pins. |
